Our next French for Travelers course dates will be:
January 29, 2024 – March 20, 2024 on Monday & Wednesday evenings (with the exception of February 14, when there will not be class) from 8:00pm-8:50pm EST (5:00-5:50pm Pacific Time) via Zoom.
About the course:
Learn basic French from the comfort of your home!
While this course is designed with the traveler in mind, it is suitable for anyone wishing to have an introduction to the French language and the culture of France. We will cover basic verb conjugations, vocabulary and phrases which are especially useful when traveling, and how to ask simple questions. We will talk about some cultural differences between the French and Americans, so that you might have greater understanding (and blend in better!) when you travel. We will also talk about some of the different regions of France, points of interest, and food and beverage!

Cost: $188 (discounted rate of $180 if paying by paper check or via the Zelle app)
To register, please contact us here; you will be sent 1) information on how to register , 2) a Student Information Sheet to fill out to send back to me, along with your payment, at which point 3) your seat will be reserved, and you will be sent the Zoom link for the course. Class size is limited to 10 students. Registration closes on January 25.

The class times are selected with adults working business hours in mind, but if you prefer a day time, please send me a message through the contact form to let me know – if there is enough interest, I might offer a second course during business hours. – Laura
